New Stair Carpet – Wool Indiana from Kersaint Cobb, in colour Umber.

Before and after pictures sent in from a customer of her new stair carpet fitted recently.

The customer wanted something bright for her stairs and decided to go with Wool Indiana from Kersaint Cobb, in colour Umber.

Apollo Plus, colour Meteorite, from Cormar Carpets fitted in a flat in Bath.

Apollo Plus is made from 100% Excellon Polypropylene and is manufactured in Britain.

It comes with a 10 year stain and wear warranty, meaning that it is fully stain resistant and suitable for heavy domestic use making it ideal for anywhere in the home.

Mississippi stripe in colour lime/red, fitted to a staircase in Fairfield Park, Bath recently.

Mississippi stripe from Crucial Trading is available in 16 different colour ways, from subtle tones to bright and bold tones. All of which are available to view in the showroom, along with all of Crucial Trading’s other ranges.

Karndean Designflooring installation

First Karndean Designflooring installation of the year this week, fitting Van Gogh Lancewood at Mission Burrito.

For this job we had to uplift and dispose of the existing flooring and then prepare the floor the with a damp proof membrane and then latex, to make the floor ready to be fitted on.

Another superb instillation and a great start to the year.

Alternative Flooring Quirky B Carpet 

A staircase fitted in Alternative Flooring Quirky B carpet.

Quirky B has become very popular with people looking for something different. It is available in 5 different collections, with a selection of different designs and colours in each.

The design shown is from the Margo Selby collection, in the Fair Isle design, colour Annie.

Quirky B is available as fully fitted carpets, stair runners and can even be made into custom sized rugs.

New Heritage range from Karndean Designflooring

Our first installation of the new Heritage range from Karndean Designflooring done last week, and we think it looks stunning.

Fitted in the Clifton design, this job was more intricate than most, as the fitter had to piece this together like a jigsaw, making sure the pattern was correct at all of the borders.

The Heritage collection is available in 3 other designs and there is a choice of 12 colours to choose from, so you can make it as classic or unique as you want.

Kersaint Cobb Couture carpet and Comfytex Deluxe vinyl

Kersaint Cobb Couture carpet fitted to the lounge and Comfytex Deluxe vinyl fitted in the kitchen in a flat in the centre of Bath.

The customer was so happy with it she even baked a cake for us and the fitters as a thank you!

We think the carpet looks amazing and really brightens the room up, and we really appreciate the cake and think it looks (and tastes!) amazing!

Karndean Designflooring Knight Tile KP99 fitted to a staircase

Karndean Designflooring Knight Tile KP99 fitted to a staircase in Bath.  Finished off with CAT nosings on the main stairs and a Stairrods UK Ltd bendybull on the bullnose step. All fitted by one of our Karndean Designflooring UK trained fitters.

With carpet being the norm for stairs it was great to be able to do something different for this customer and we think it looks stunning.

Karndean Designflooring Art Select Parquet

Karndean Designflooring Art Select Parquet fitted to a customer’s hallway and landing at Marshfield, South Gloucestershire, in the colour Blonde Oak, and finished off with Satin Brass door thresholds and nosings.

With the parquet able to be fitted in a selection of different laying patterns, the customer went for the traditional herringbone design which we think suits the areas perfectly and definitely gives a warm, homely look.

Local Health Centre

The first of two jobs completed recently in local health centres.
This one is from a surgery in the south of Bath in which we fitted Altro Walkway safety flooring in the colour Tarragon, to match with areas in the surgery that we have previously fitted.

Altro Walkway is ideal for use in areas such as this, it is hard wearing and slip resistant, meaning that is covers all health and safety and eho requirements.

Health Centre in the east of Bath

The second of two jobs completed recently in local health centres.
This one is a health centre in the east of Bath, in which we fitted Forest FX Acoustic flooring, colour Classic Oak, from Polyflor Ltd to the reception, hallways, waiting room and a selection of consultation rooms.
We also fitted Tarkett Official Grain 8331 carpet tiles with Gradus XT nosings to the staircases.

Polyflor Ltd Forest FX Acoustic is an extremly hard wearing vinyl and has higher acoustic properties than a standard vinyl, making it ideal for use in high traffic areas such as health centres.

Karndean Designflooring Art Select Parquet that we fitted in a local church.

Due to the nature of the job part of the existing parquet flooring had to be left down, with the new Karndean being fitted to the isle areas only.
To do this the areas had to be as smooth as possible for us to get the levels between the existing and new as close as possible.

Our fitters made an excellent job of this and we have another happy customer.
